What is a missing Order?
Any order that was not captured as a successful or un-successful order, this scenario may come in several situations.
- When a client does not complete and leaves the checkout page.
- When a customer completes the checkout but closes the window while going to the payment gateway page or during re-routing to your store.
- When the payment gateway is not able to capture the transaction.
Go to Orders>Process Orders
Here click on Missing orders button
Now you can see all the missing orders in the left side of the screen.
