1. Go to the Zopim(Zendesk) website & Register.

2. Once you enter the required credentials & click on Sign up for free, you will receive a verification link on the email id that you have registered with.

3. Now click on the Verify Your Email button to verify the email id.
4. Once you verify, it will take you to a page asking for more details as shown below:

5. After you have entered all the details click on SAVE AND GO TO DASHBOARD

6. Now, since you account is created, you are now good to integrate your Zopim account with your online store.
7. Login to your Kartrocket admin dashboard.
8. Go to Apps in the left menu & select Marketing tab.
9. Look for Zopim Live Chat. Install it & click on Setting to do the configurations.

10. Now enter your Zopim Username/password as shown in the screenshot below:

11. Please enter all other settings that you need & save.

12. The Chat option will now show on your website & you are ready to answer all your customer's query.

14. You can also track the visitors, see chat history, analyse the chats & improve performance etc from your Zendesk dashboard.
